About You
The successful candidate should have the ability to lead a small sales team, be well spoken and command a room’s attention. Candidate must be comfortable joking around with the team while maintaining professional boundaries.
Primary Job Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Achieve Growth by setting and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Strategic planning and map out sales geographical area.
- Develop and grow their own dedicated area.
- Evaluate performance of sales staff.
- Follow annual, quarterly and monthly sales activity.
- Participate in trade shows.
- Work with CEO on marketing & advertising.
- Ability to work with Sales Force (not essential)
- Travel might be required.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or related professional qualifications.
- 3 years sales experience in the food machinery industry.
- Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy.
