Dump Buggy Washers

Smaller Space, Bigger Performance

Dump Buggy Cabinet Style Washers

Compared to manual wash frames, cabinet style batch washers offer numerous advantages, including significant time savings, reduced labor requirements, consistent high standard sanitation, and improved worker safety.

By automating the cleaning process, these washers ensure every dump buggy is thoroughly cleaned and ready for use, while freeing staff to focus on other tasks and helping facilities maintain strict hygiene standards.

The new generation of cabinet style dump buggy washers, dramatically reduces the footprint required in your facility compared to traditional tunnel style systems, while delivering equal or superior cleaning performance.

Three Cabinet Style Designs

At CM Process Solutions we offer three cabinet style, stainless steel dump buggy washer designs, each engineered to wash both 400 lb. (200 liter) and 600 lb. (300 liter) dump buggies.

This makes them suitable for facilities of any scale, from smaller operations to high volume processing plants that need consistent throughput without the need for a large conveyor tunnel.

Complete Control over Every Wash Cycle

With the cabinet style washers, sanitation isn’t left to interpretation.

The buggy washers are versatile enough to handle mixed soiling levels and varying load types.

Multiple programs, chemical dosing, and temperature options allow operators to customize each wash cycle.

High performance, energy-saving operation and a reduction of water is achieved as pumps, heaters and filters are installed directly within the washing system for inline efficiency. Where the flow and temperature is managed for maximum effectiveness and minimal waste.

The system is controlled using a Siemens HMI interface, supplying energy saving data, which is a new addition to the latest generation models.

Programmable factors include:

  • Wash time
  • Water temperature
  • Chemical concentration
  • Rinse duration
  • Sanitizing sequence

Those parameters stay consistent regardless of shift or operator.

Lower Labor Demands and Enhanced Workplace Safety

With cabinet style washers, operators simply load the buggy and initiate the cycle. No dragging hoses, no excessive bending, and no heavy lifting, helping reduce fatigue and ergonomic strain.

The shift from labor intensive cleaning to automated repeatability, improves efficiency and reduces physical strain on employees, which supports both productivity and retention.

Reducing Footprint While Maintaining Throughput

Conveyorized washers require longer tunnel layouts, a large footprint, and the infrastructure to keep them running continuously. Leaving many producers questioning the required commitment. For many facilities, giving up valuable floor space and budget just isn’t realistic.

Cabinet style batch systems take a much more practical approach. They’re compact, self-contained, and designed to deliver powerful, repeatable cleaning cycles without taking over your wash areas.

You still get dependable throughput, but without the expansive tunnel or complicated setup. It’s efficient, controlled, and right sized for how most operations actually operate.

Manual washing might seem simple because it doesn’t require much equipment space, but it comes at a cost. It eats up labor hours, varies from operator to operator, and becomes harder to manage as production grows.

That’s where cabinet style systems really stand out, giving you strong performance, smarter use of space, and room to grow without adding unnecessary complexity.

Cleaner Environment, Safer Workplace

Because batch systems are enclosed, overspray is contained. Floors stay drier. Chemical exposure is reduced. Noise is contained within the cabinet.

That means, fewer slip hazards, lower airborne mist and reduced operator fatigue.

Safety improvements don’t always show up on spec sheets but they absolutely show up in daily operations.

Built with Sanitary Design Principles

At CM Process Solutions, we’re constantly reviewing and refining our designs to align with the latest industry best practices.

Our stainless steel dump buggy washers are built using hygienic design principles that help eliminate harbourage points where bacteria and pathogens can grow.

The result is a washer purpose-built to meet the rigorous demands of today’s food production environments.

Reliable Aftersales Support & Spare Parts

Equipment reliability doesn’t stop at installation.

We offer a critical spare parts inventory at our facility in Winchester, Kentucky, helping minimize downtime.

Customers are also encouraged to keep a basic spare parts list, including items such as solenoid valves or heaters, allowing equipment to be returned to operation quickly if needed.

From training and maintenance to emergency support, long-term partnership is a priority.

Customize Solutions for Your Facility

Not every operation is the same, and your washing system shouldn’t be either.

We can configure industrial washing systems to handle:

  • Different container types
  • Stainless steel vats and tanks
  • Combo & bulk containers
  • Detachable wheel buggies

All machines are designed to operate with caustic chemicals as standard and incorporate innovative features such as travel jet systems, high-temperature rinse cycles, and advanced filtration options.
