CM Process Solutions offer a complete range of washing machines to support the food processing industry in the washing of the industry standard 400 lb. (200 liter) and 600 lb. (300 liter) dump buggies, commonly known as v-mags, v-edge buggies, tote bins or simply dump buggies.

Our range consists of three cabinet batch washers which are designed to offer varying amounts of wash throughputs, depending on your companies individual requirements we can offer a single machine that washes one Euro style buggy per cycle and up to 20 cycles per hour dependent on the level of pollution and soiling, right through to a custom double unit which can wash up two v-mag buggies per cycle and up to 20 cycles per hour.

For larger washing capacities our ET75 conveyorized tunnel dump buggy washer is available which is capable of washing a minimum of 75 dump buggies per hour.

All our Euro style buggy and v-mag washers are designed with many unique features, like our innovative travel jet system, high temperature rinse cycles, and a range of standard and optional filtration features, we know we have the perfect solution for your individual dump buggy wash requirements.

Our range of dump buggy washers have three distinct advantages over conventional manual hand washing all of which should be an easy decision-making factor in making the change from washing your dump buggies by hand to an automatic machine.

  1. Labor

Manually hand washing is a labor-intensive process and is certainly no way guaranteed that the operator has washed the Euro buggies correctly, by installing an automatic buggy washer the operator simply loads the dump buggy into the machine, closes the door and initiates the wash cycle, while the operator is waiting for the machine to finish its cycle the operator is free to carry on with another task, which means that that labor can be assigned to another process.

  2. Risk of Injury to personnel or equipment

Typically, washrooms are wet and dangerous areas to operate and work, when manually handling v-mag carts, operators must manually invert them over and wash the underside where the wheels are positioned. As the operator goes through the day, they naturally get fatigued and tired, and those Euro style buggies get heavier, consider that a 400 lb. (200 liter) v-mag weighs 88 lbs. and a 600 lb. (300 liter) v edge dump buggy weighs around 110 lbs.

They run a great risk of injury to themselves from slipping over a wash hose or suffering from a repetitive injury strain, there is also increased risk in damaging not only the Euro buggy itself but also the washroom floor all of which can cause additional expense.

  3. Consistency and the quality of cleaning

Whether you are in the meat processing industry or the RTE sector each industry has many challenges to face, E coli and salmonella are examples of pathogens which could cause the result of an expensive and brand damaging recall of product, or perhaps your company has a wide range of food ingredients, washing and sanitizing the Euro dump buggies thoroughly is critical to prevent cross contamination  or exposure to possible food allergens, such as gluten, lactose or peanuts.

We at CM Process Solutions can tailor a machine to your individual specific requirements, with multiple selectable wash programs and optional 185°F heated or cold water sanitizing chemical rinses, our machines can improve the consistency and quality of the cleaning and sanitization of the v-mag carts and in a much shorter time than manual hand washing and sanitation, meaning you can concentrate on other important aspects of the business worry free.
