CM Process Solutions have developed a complete range of column dumpers and loaders designed for use within the food processing industry with the emphasis on reducing the risk of injury but maintaining a high level of efficiency.

The column dumpers/loaders are designed for use with items such as 400 and 600 lb euro style buggies, barrels or any other bulk type of ingredient container, they can be supplied either right or left-handed, mobile or bolt down and with guarding options such as a skeletal or full guarding if required.

All of our column dumpers are manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel and have a lifting speed of 20 feet per minute and are supplied with an adjustable tipping height with a dump angle of 55° allowing for flexibility within the production area.

The column dumpers/loaders are designed with safety in mind, our column loaders are fitted with a chain break mechanism and high- and low-level carriage limit switches as standard, as an additional feature all of our column dumpers are fitted with a mechanical active interlock which ensures that the euro style buggy or container is correctly position within the lift carriage, in the event the euro buggy or container is not positioned the lifter will not raise the cradle.
