Operational Design

SRV 300 - Stationary Semi-Automatic Boot Cleaner

The SRV 300 is a semi-automatic boot washer with a stainless steel button mounted within the handrail on the machine. Designed for use in small plants; the operator simply places their boot between the two vertically mounted brushes and then places their thumb on the button which initiates the rotation of the three brushes. One of the brushes is mounted horizontally for cleaning the soles of the boot, the other two are vertically mounted which scrub the sides of the boot.

Water and the chosen sanitizer chemical are sprayed onto the brushes from the spray bar mounted close to the brushes. The chemical can be simply adjusted by a needle valve mounted on the incoming side of the water supply pipework. Each brush is individually controlled by its own motor.
