Is specifically designed to wash a whole range of containers such as plastic trays, meat lugs, sheet pans, bakery trays. Lidded type boxes and even buckets.
The T600+ 1SB Is supplied with a re-circulated chemical wash, a freshwater rinse and a single stage bulk water removal section.
The item to wash is simply loaded on the infeed of the tunnel and gently pushed into the machine where a stainless steel chain type conveyor with lugs picks up the tray and conveys it through the wash tunnel.
The machine can be heated by either electrical immersion heaters, steam or natural gas all of which are fitted within the re-circulated wash tank, the chosen chemical can be automatically dosed by means of a chemical dosing system controlled by a conductivity probe installed within the wash tank.
Filtration is achieved by a set of double removable filter type drawers or alternatively our automatic rotary design filter can be fitted as an option.
The wash water is pumped at pressure by a stainless steel head pump to a set of dedicated wash manifolds installed 360° around the soiled tray, Conductive level probes maintain the water level inside the tank by automatically filling the machine as needed.
The T600+1SB is supplied as standard with a freshwater rinse which is also coupled with a dosing system to add a sanitizer additive chemical, the freshwater rinse is supplied at mains temperature, but can also be supplied with an electrical booster heater or steam mixing valve so to boost the temperature.
The T600+1SB is supplied with a single stage bulk water removal section for removing excess water from the totes, a 10hp blower fan is mounted on the top of the machine canopy within a stainless steel enclosure, where ambient air is drawn in and delivered through stainless steel piping to stainless steel air knives positioned around the tray for best removal of bulk water.
Access to the blower chamber is by an electrical interlocked side access panel.
For increased drying additional blower modules can be fitted as an optional extra.
