Looking for a double or triple lanexx alternative?

CM Process Solutions offers double and triple lane versions, allowing two or three employees to simultaneously enter food production or processing areas.

These hygiene stations are designed to ensure that employees and visitors correctly sanitize their hands and clean the soles of the footwear prior to entering a food production or processing area.

These hygiene stations can be supplied with a complete range of features such as hand washing, hand drying, sole cleaning, or a mixture of different features to achieve your hygiene requirements. All of the models are fitted with a stainless-steel turnstile ensuring that all personnel complete the necessary requirements to gain access to the processing room.

The range comes in three different footwear cleaning options. It has a set of dedicated sole cleaning brushes, or a set of dedicated shoe cleaning brushes with the addition of either 3” high brushes for cleaning the sides of the footwear, or 12” high brushes for cleaning the sides of full boots.

The machine is fitted with a stainless-steel turnstile to ensure that your personnel use the machine correctly and have thoroughly sanitized their hands and cleaned footwear prior to entering the processing area.

Operational Design

This multi-purpose sanitation machine features an array of options, some included in every model and others exclusive to the all-in-one hygiene station version.

In every model, the operator steps onto the machine where an electrical sensor activates the rotation of the brushes and a light illuminates the inside chamber to sanitize their hands.

Upon the simultaneous insertion of both hands inside the chamber, a pump activates, spraying the chosen sanitizer onto the personnel’s hands. Once the hands are sanitized, the turnstile at the end of the machine unlocks, allowing the personnel to pass through while walking over the sole disinfection brushes.

Upon leaving the production area, the operator steps back onto the machine and a sensor mounted on the handrail unlocks the turnstile and initiates the rotation of the brushes, facilitating their walk over them. All process parameters within the machine are managed by a controller that allows the adjustment of parameters such as brush rotation time, hand disinfection time, and how long the turnstile stays open.

The all-in-one hygiene station of this machine offers additional features. It includes a first chamber where water and the customer's chosen chemical is sprayed from an adjacent mounted spray bar. The simultaneous insertion of both hands inside this first chamber not only initiates a pump that sprays soap onto the hands, but also allows the personnel to agitate the soap. After a brief delay, water is sprayed onto the hands, enabling the soap to be rinsed off.

For drying, the operator uses the built-in automatic Dyson air blade dryer. Subsequently, the operator moves to the second chamber where their chosen sanitizer solution is sprayed onto their hands. The full version's controller also allows for adjustment of additional parameters such as hand wash time.

Whether you choose the version with the all-in-one hygiene station or with essential hand and footwear cleaning, this machine ensures the highest level of hygiene standards for personnel in the food industry and production environment.

Safety Features

Our range of hygiene and sanitation stations are designed with safety in mind. An emergency stop push button is mounted on the machine's column to cut its operation within an emergency situation, and a reset push-button is installed to ensure that the machine is safe to start.

The steps on each are non-slip stainless steel and handrails are mounted on either the left or right side of the machine for the operator to steady themselves on while walking over the sole washer machine.

Sanitary Design

As with all our equipment our range of Hygiene stations are built using hygienic principles in mind, the brushes can be easily removed without the use of tools by simply lifting the stainless steel cover and sliding it off the motor cam.

The construction of the machine is manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel, surfaces are radiused, so water drains easily form the frame.

The chemical is stored within the compartment of the machine.

Choosing a Chemical or Sanitizer

CM Process Solutions does not specify chemicals for our range of boot washers, sole washers or hygiene stations, nor unlike some of our competitors does our warranty obligate you to buy chemicals from us in order to receive spare parts or technical support.

We understand that each application is unique, and we fully believe that there is no one who understands your needs better than you, the customer and your current chemical supplier.
