CM Process Solutions now offers a stainless-steel detachable base 600 lb. buggy designed to the DIN 9797 standards; the detachable base design is becoming a more commonly used product in the food processing industry.

The 600 lb. Euro style buggy is simply pushed into position or loaded within the column loader and when lifted the main container is separated from the base when the product is being tipped.

The detachable design ensures that the wheelbase is left on the floor ensuring that any dirt or food waste matter is left on the floor which means there is little chance of product spoiling.

Our 600 lb. dump buggies are supplied with a reinforced base, a drip lip and handle, they are polished inside and out and provide a smooth surface which is easier to clean and more sanitary.
