Our range of pneumatic wash frames are designed for safe, effective 360° cleaning access to the interior and exterior including the base and wheel arrangement for 400 lb. & 600 lb. Euro style buggies.

Streamlined Operational Design

Our wash frames come in two designs, the single unit model number 600/HA200 and the 600/HA300 which is a double unit, both machines are pneumatically controlled by means of simple push buttons and can handle either a 400 lb. or 600 lb. buggy.

The buggies are simply loaded into the cradle of the machine and then inverted to a 100° tip angle to ensure a productive wash and offer an excellent residual water drainage.

Operational Safety

All of our machines are designed with operator safety in mind, there are no trap or knit points when an operator can trap his finger, the unit is mounted on heavy duty free standing frame or it can be supplied mobile with lockable castors, the buggies are raised and lowered by means of a stainless steel cylinder.

Sanitary Design and Food Contact Safety

Our machines are designed with hygienic principles in mind, they are manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel and are suitable for direct contact with food products.
