Welcoming A New Sales Leader to CM Process Solutions

We’re excited to officially welcome Maxime Eberhardt to the CM Process Solutions team as our new Vice President of Sales.

Over A Decade Of Industry Experience

Max joins us with over 12 years of experience in the food processing equipment sector, where he led the EMEA Sales Team for both Unitherm Food Systems and Marlen International. His leadership has been marked by a strong track record of strategic growth, customer-focused innovation, and building long-lasting industry partnerships across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

What sets Max apart is his rare combination of technical and commercial expertise. He holds a Technical Degree in Chemical Engineering and a European Master’s in Business from the French Institute for Business and Management in Lyon, France. This dual background gives him a unique lens through which to understand the challenges our customers face, and the practical, innovative solutions CM Process Solutions is proud to deliver.

We specialize in high-quality, sanitary fabrications such as Hygiene equipment, Material handling solutions and industrial washing equipment for the food processing and other hygiene-conscious industries, and we believe that strong leadership is key to helping our customers operate more efficiently. As we continue to grow our global presence, Max’s insight and experience will be instrumental in advancing our mission and supporting our partners across the industry.
