We are excited to welcome Karla Martinez Hamdan as the new After Sales & Customer Support Manager at CM Process Solutions. Karla will be taking the lead on all spare parts and service-related issues, ensuring our customers continue to receive the high-quality, reliable support with their industrial cleaning solutions. We’re confident that her experience and dedication will help elevate our customer service even further.

A Solid Foundation in Engineering and Business

Karla brings a strong educational background to her new role. She’s a graduate of Tarleton State University, where she earned both a Manufacturing Engineering degree and an MBA. This combination of technical knowledge and business strategy will be invaluable as she helps us continue to enhance our operations and service offerings.

Years of Experience in Customer Support

Before joining CM Process Solutions, Karla spent nearly 10 years at Marlen, where she began her career as a Customer Service Representative and progressed to the role of Field Service Manager. Throughout her career, she has gained invaluable hands-on experience in customer support, technical service, and team leadership.

Her expertise in building and leading teams, resolving complex customer issues, and optimizing service operations makes her an ideal fit for this role. Karla’s skills will undoubtedly be a great asset as we continue to expand and enhance our services.
