Food Production Solutions Association (FPSA)
The Food Production Solutions Association (FPSA), which was previously known as the Food Processing Suppliers Association, represents a broad community across the food production industry.
Its members include food producers, equipment manufacturers, suppliers, consultants, and other businesses supporting the sector.
FPSA provides opportunities for networking, education, professional development, and access to industry information. Being part of this network gives the CM Process Solutions team valuable insight into the wider food production industry.
It also allows us to build relationships with businesses facing similar challenges to our customers and keep up with the technologies and developments shaping the latest food production.
The Association for Packaging & Processing Technologies (PMMI)
PMMI connects businesses across the packaging and processing supply chain and represents more than 1,100 manufacturers and suppliers.
Through research, training, networking, industry reports, and events such as PACK EXPO, PMMI provides access to some of the latest developments in packaging and processing technology.
For CM Process Solutions, this is particularly valuable as technology continues to play a major role in improving production efficiency and addressing challenges such as labour availability, automation, productivity, and changing consumer demands.
Our PMMI membership helps us stay informed about new solutions and gives us the opportunity to connect and meet up with manufacturers and technology providers from across the industry.
The American Association of Meat Processors (AAMP)
The American Association of Meat Processors (AAMP) is North America’s largest meat trade organization, representing more than 1,600 businesses across the meat, poultry, and food sectors. AAMP provides education, networking, regulatory information, and industry support to processors, suppliers, retailers, and other related businesses.Our connection with AAMP is especially important because it gives the team a closer understanding of the challenges faced by meat processors. From production efficiency and equipment requirements to food safety and regulatory considerations, being involved with the meat industry helps us better understand what our customers need from their processing solutions.
The U.S. Poultry & Egg Association (USPOULTRY)
The U.S. Poultry & Egg Association (USPOULTRY) represents the poultry and egg industry as an “All Feather” association, bringing together producers, processors, suppliers, and allied businesses.
USPOULTRY supports the industry through research, education, communications, and technical services, while also focusing on areas such as food safety, animal welfare, sustainability, environmental responsibility, employee hygiene and safety, and technological development.
Its events, including the International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE), provide an important face to face meeting point equipment suppliers and processors to explore new technology, share knowledge, and develop industry relationships.
For CM Process Solutions, being part of this network helps us stay close to the poultry and egg processing sector and understand the technologies and developments that are influencing the industry.
