Why we’re Exhibiting at PACK EXPO International 2026

We’re heading to PACK EXPO International to meet people, have conversations and showcase what we do.

Trade shows are a great opportunity to step away from the day to day, meet customers and industry partners in person, and talk openly about what’s happening on the production floor.

From October 18-21, our team will be at McCormick Place in Chicago, joining thousands of professionals from across the packaging and processing industries.

With around 2,600 exhibitors and more than 40 vertical markets represented, there will be plenty to see, from new technologies and equipment to different approaches to automation, efficiency, hygiene and production.

For us, it’s a chance to catch up with familiar faces, meet new people and hear about the challenges manufacturers are dealing with every day.

Why are we attending PACK EXPO?

The simple answer is people, equipment and conversations.

Every production environment is different, and there isn’t always a straightforward answer when it comes to improving a process. Sometimes the best place to start is by talking through the application, understanding the challenges and looking at what options are available.

That’s what we’re looking forward to doing at PACK EXPO.

Meeting our customers

One of the biggest reasons we’re exhibiting is to see our customers face to face.

We work with customers throughout the year, but nothing quite replaces sitting down together and having a proper conversation.

PACK EXPO gives us the chance to catch up, talk about current projects, hear what’s changed and find out what challenges are coming up next.

It’s also a chance to put faces to names, spend some time with the people we work with and strengthen those relationships.

Meeting new people

We’re also looking forward to meeting businesses that we haven’t worked with before.

PACK EXPO brings together manufacturers, engineers, production teams and equipment suppliers from a wide range of industries. It’s a great opportunity to hear about different applications and challenges that we may not come across in our everyday work.

There doesn’t have to be an immediate project. Sometimes it’s simply about making an introduction, having a conversation and putting a name and face to the business.

Understanding what manufacturers are dealing with

Manufacturing is constantly changing, and so are the priorities of our customers.

Efficiency, labor, throughput, hygiene, automation, handling and available floor space can all play a part when companies are reviewing their production equipment and processes.

We want to hear directly from manufacturers about what they’re experiencing and where they’re looking to make improvements.

That could be anything from upgrading individual equipment to reviewing a complete production process.

Showcasing our equipment and solutions

PACK EXPO is a great opportunity to show our equipment in action and talk through how it could work in different production environments.

At Booth LU-7664, you’ll be able to meet the team and see working examples of our Dump Buggy Mixing Tumbler, Buggy Washer, and lifting and tipping equipment.

Whether you’re looking at a particular piece of equipment, planning a new line or looking to improve an existing process, we’re happy to have a chat and explore the options.

No one size fits all solutions, we start with your process and work from there.

Looking at the whole process

Individual machines are only one part of a production line.

When we talk to customers, we like to understand how equipment fits into the wider process, from handling and processing through to washing, hygiene and the movement of products through the line.

Looking at the complete process can highlight opportunities to improve workflow, reduce manual handling, make better use of available space or introduce automation where it makes sense.

It’s about looking at the bigger picture rather than focusing on one piece of equipment in isolation.

Seeing what’s new

PACK EXPO is also a chance for us to get out from behind our own booth and see what else is happening across the industry.

There will be new machinery, automation technologies and different approaches to processing and production on display throughout the show.

We want to see what’s new, talk to other specialists and keep up with developments that could influence the industries and customers we work with.

Sharing experience and learning from others

Exhibiting isn’t a one way conversation.

We’ll be there to talk about our experience and the equipment we provide, but we’re equally interested in hearing from processors about their own experiences.

Every application is different, and every customer has different requirements. A conversation about a production challenge can often lead to ideas around equipment, handling, hygiene, processing or automation that may not have been considered before.

That exchange of experience is one of the things we enjoy most about events like PACK EXPO.
