Weighing Equipment
CM Process Solutions have developed a hygienic easy to clean and maintain scale that is suitable for use with carboard combos and octabin style bulk product containers.
The scale is capable of weighing capacities up to 3,300 lbs. (1500 kg) and its stand-alone stationary design eliminates the needs for pits and ramps, making it a sanitary easily to clean solution that is ideal for many meat and food processing plants who use cardboard style combos and octabins.
Tipping, Titling & Dumping (Low Level)
Our complete range of low-level tipping and dumping equipment is perfectly suited and easily adaptable to handle cardboard style combos and octabins with weight capacities up to 3,300 LBS. (1500 kg), its streamlined and efficient design allows for the assisting and unloading of products such as meat, IQF products or any other food processing ingredients on to conveyors, processing tables or custom-made hoppers.
A smooth tipping action allows for efficient unloading of product eliminating the risk of repetitive injuries like strained muscles, ligaments, or any other musculoskeletal disorders.
Lifting & Dumping (High Level)
Designed and built for a range of high-level tipping needs and requirements, CM Process Solutions double column lifters can elevate and dump octabin style combos of product into machinery such as fillers, grinders, mixers and paddle blenders.
A complete range of safe working loads are available for our double column lifters and dumpers, such as electrical interlocked rear loading doors, and fully enclosed guarding, as with all the range of equipment CM Process Solutions we have an increased focus on optimal efficiency, safety and sanitary design in mind.
