Our range of stainless-steel standard tippers and tilters are designed to interface and lift commonly used containers within the food processing industry. This includes containers like 400 lb. (200 liter) and 600 lb. (300 liter) dump buggies commonly known as Euro bins, v-edge buggies, Euro style buggies, meat trolleys and tote bins or even 55-gallon drum barrels.
We also supply a range of tipping and tilting equipment for larger bulk product containers such as stainless-steel bakery mixing bowls or cardboard style pallet combos, our machines can also be customized to handle any other bulk product container that you may incorporate within your production flow.
All of the tippers and tilters that CM Process Solutions offer be it standard or custom have common features, such as push-button control stations mounted either side for easy operator use and can be supplied in a main’s operated or battery-operated design.
Our range of stainless-steel tippers and dumpers will assist in streamlining your process and increasing productivity within the food production areas all of our designs can be supplied mobile or stationary with lifting capabilities up to 3,300 lbs.
