Our range of Industrial tray and crate washers are designed for washing and sanitizing plastic trays and baskets, from a simple small inline tray washing machine washing around 200 trays per hour right through to a custom designed machine that can process upwards of 2000 plastic totes per hour, we certainly have the solution that can be tailored to your individual needs and requirements all of our machines can be configured with a range of wash treatments and optional features.
Many food processing sectors are faced with multiple challenges, for example the meat and butchery industry deal with raw meat, E-coli and Salmonella are examples of pathogens that are present in there process, while the RTE (Ready To Eat) sector risk exposure from cross contamination to possible food allergens like gluten, lactose or peanuts, any exposure or cross contamination to anyone of the above mentioned pathogens could cause the result of an expensive and brand damaging recall of product.
CM Process Solutions can supply an Industrial tray washing machine with many different configurations, that will tailor the machine to your individual needs, options such as a recirculated prewash, recirculated detergent wash, recirculated heated rinse and final rinse can be installed, along with single or multiple stage bulk water removal sections that are fitted with stainless steel air knives that assist in removing bulk water form the plastic trays and baskets.
We have a dedicated 6000 sq foot demonstration center located just outside of Lexington Kentucky in the beautiful bluegrass and horse country, we welcome the opportunity for you to visit our facility and run trial and tests on our T400 Twin tank industrial tray and crate washer, giving you the confidence to see the results first hand before making that decision, alternatively if you cannot make the trip then we can do the trial with or without your product and send video documentation of the performance.
Sanitizer Conveyor Solutions
Every day thousand of outsourced packaged ingredients in plastic crates and trays are brought into food processing plants on delivery trucks nationwide, which could have been exposed to potential pathogens and contaminants, the BRCGS (British Retail Consortium Global Standards) for food safety requires there be a physical segregation between low risk and high risk areas.
CM Process Solutions sanitizer tunnel conveyor has been designed to help food production facilities reduce the risk of contaminants and increase food safety reducing the risk of expensive product recalls that cause consumers harm and preventing tainted brand names and costly litigation.
Plastic trays and baskets can be passed through our sanitizer tunnel where they are conveyed through a dedicated spray system which sprays sanitizer solution on all sides of the plastic tray ensuring a 360° coverage which ensures that bacteria or contaminants are neutralized.
