We offer a complete range of industrial tray washing machines, ranging from a simple cabinet style batch washing machine to large tunnel type tray washer that can wash different sizes of sheet pans at various throughputs per hour.
With various different wash configurations on standard machines, we are certain we have the solution that you require in order to wash and sanitize your trays, we can also configure a machine to your individual requirements, many of our tray washers can be fitted with multi lanes allowing for dedicated washing of baskets, buckets or pans, and with the option of including additional prewash treatments, or a heated final rinse step, we know we can provide a tray washing machine that will thoroughly clean trays or pans and help prevent the spread of contaminants and allergens in your facility.
Sanitizer Conveyor Solutions
Hundreds of thousands of outsourced packaged type ingredients enter food processing plants and industrial commercial kitchens on delivery trucks daily with the receiving company not knowing if the container has been exposed to any pathogen or contaminants, many companies will have an employee or multi employees wiping the container with a solution or sanitizing wipe which is labor intensive and dependent on the weight of the container could cause injury from repetitive injury strains.
CM Process Solutions have developed an inline sanitizer tunnel conveyor to help food production plants reduce the risk of contaminants and pathogens being brought into the processing rooms and effectively helping to increase food safety which can prevent costly and damaging brand recalls.
Utensil Sinks
CM Process Solutions offer a complete line of stainless-steel single or multiple compartment wash sinks that are hygienically designed to assist in the manual process of washing stainless steel trays and pans, our sinks can be configured with either a single, double or even triple bowl with a built-in drainer fitted to either left or right or both sides, rear mounted deck spray hoses allow for effective and efficient cleaning.
Mounted on heavy-duty stainless-steel frames with adjustable feet and continually welded our range of utensil sinks are a proven and sanitary design.
CM Process Solutions have a dedicated 6000 sq feet showroom located just outside Lexington Kentucky in the beautiful bluegrass and horse country, we have a whole range of equipment available to test and showcase at our facility and welcome the opportunity to for you to visit.
A T400 industrial tray washer and a cabinet washer is available for you to run trials and tests, allowing you to gain a testimony of the machine giving you the confidence to see the results firsthand before making that decision, alternatively if you cannot make the trip then we can do the trial with or without your product and provide documented video performance of the process.
