The P100 can also be supplied with a bulk water removal section, which assists in removing bulk water that is on the pallet.
The soiled pallet is placed on the infeed roller conveyor and gently pushed into the wash tunnel, a stainless steel mesh conveyor transports the pallet through the wash tunnel, the speed of the conveyor can be adjusted by means of an inverter in the main control panel.
The P100 Pallet washer has a dedicated hot water re-circulated wash tank which can be heated either electrically by immersion type heaters, alternatively it can also be heated by steam with either plate coils or steam injectors, or it can be heated by natural gas.
The temperature is controlled by the HMI on the control panel which also gives indication of the machine status, faults, or any other operational information relevant to the machine.
The chosen chemical is automatically dosed into the wash tank by a chemical doser, where a conductivity probe measures the concentration inside the wash tank.
Water is delivered to the fixed jetting positioned 360° around the soiled pallet from a powerful high flow stainless steel head pump, filtration is done by means of standard pull out filter drawers.
Various types of rinse features are available from an ambient temperature rinse coupled with a sanitizer chemical, an inline electrical booster heater, or a steam mixing valve.
Alternatively, should it be required a dedicated re-circulated hot rinse at 185°F can be employed to give a heated sanitizing rinse.
The P100 can be supplied with a bulk water removal section designed to remove excess water of the wet pallet, a powerful fan motor is housed within a stainless-steel enclosure mounted on the framework of the machine.
Air is delivered from the blower through stainless steel pipes, into stainless steel air knifes that are positioned around the pallet to best effect to remove any bulk water that is left on the pallet.
The wastewater can then be channeled direct to drain or back to the wash tank for re-use.
Our range of industrial washing machines are designed with numerous safety features as standard, such as electrical interlocked doors, which cuts the machines operation if opened when running, emergency stop push buttons are mounted at the infeed and discharge end of the pallet washer.
As with all our machines the P100 pallet washer is built using all the hygienic principles applied to all our equipment, thus eliminating potential bacteria and pathogen breeding traps.
As with all of our equipment we can customize our equipment to your specific individual needs, all of our machines can be integrated with a range of options to wash different types of pallets or have upgraded features such as re-circulated heated rinse or horizontal loading of pallets.
