Dump Buggies
A complete range of both 400 lb and 600 lb dump buggies commonly known as v-mag carts, v edge carts, tote bins and dump buggies, these buggies are come in two different designs, the standard industry version or the new detachable base buggy.
The detachable base buggy is designed to leave the wheels on the floor, ensuring that any dirt or food waste matter is left on the floor which means there is an increased chance of the product not spoiling, the tote bin is simply loaded into a column dumper and the main container is separated from the base when the product is being tipped.
Dump Buggy Accessories
We have developed a range of equipment and accessories to support the maintenance and operation of our dump buggies, accessories like disposable dump buggy covers are designed to allow for easy covering of the tote bin and with different colors available product identification can be color coded.
Stainless steel push handles that fit on to the dump buggy help prevent repetitive or musculoskeletal injuries from bending over and moving the dump buggies around the facility.

Storage
CM Process Solutions offers complete range of racking and storage solutions for stainless steel dump buggies, manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel this modular design can be easily relocated and re-configured to meet storage requirements, additional bays can be simply added as and when required.
The racking can be configured to either hold four tiers of 400 lb dump buggys or three tiers of 600 lb dump buggys, alternatively due to the modular design the racking can also be configured to hold both sizes of v-mag carts.
The benefits of this product include easier visual management to help with stock control and rotation and gives a tidy organized access to the handling and storage of v edge carts in limited spaces like coolers and WIP rooms.
Weighing Equipment
Here at CM Process Solutions we offer a complete range of weighing solutions for use with DIN 9797 standard stainless steel 400 lb and 600 lb dump buggies, manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel, this sanitary easy to clean design are an ideal solution for both low care and high care RTE plants.
Pneumatically controlled and supplied in both mobile or stationary design, the scale is built to IP65 standards and is supplied with a Mettler Toledo digital weigh head.
Mixing & Blending
The CM Process dump buggy tumbler is specifically designed to revolutionize mixing processes in food, beverage and pharmaceutical manufacturing sectors, the TT3 offers a high quality consistent and safe mixing of products such as pasta salads, ready-made meals and protein products like chicken and ribs.
The TT3 will handle both 400 lb and 600 lb stainless steel v mag carts and is supplied with a vacuum system to infuse and marinate products such as chicken fillets, pulled pork or chicken wings.
The unique TT3 mixing method increases productivity and a shorter mixing time, one person operation ensures the process can be carried out quickly and efficiently without a negative impact on the quality or integrity of the product.
Tipping & Tilting Equipment
The HT2 from CM Process Solutions is a stainless-steel hydraulic tipper designed to handle both the industry standard 400 lb and 600 lb dump buggies, it can be supplied either battery or mains operated and can handle a maximum weight of 772 lbs.
The HT2 is designed for emptying v mag carts onto tables, conveyors or into any other bulk product container commonly used in the food industry.
Its smooth tipping action allows for efficient unloading of product eliminating the risk of repetitive work injuries like strained muscles, ligaments, or any other musculoskeletal disorders.
Single Column Lifters & Dumpers
CM Process Solutions have developed a complete range of single column dumpers and column loaders designed for use within the food processing industry, our stainless steel column loaders are designed to be used with the industry standard 400 lb and 600 lb dump buggies
They are offered in a mobile or bolt down design and can be supplied either left or right handed and with guarding options such as a skeletal design or fully enclosed with an electrical interlocked door.
With many unique safety features included as standard our single column dumpers are designed with the emphasis on reducing the risk of injury but maintaining a high level of accuracy when working with v edge buggies.
Manual Washing Equipment
We offer a complete line of manual washing support equipment for washing both standard stainless steel 400 lb and 600 lb dump buggys, from a simple manual pull over washing frame that holds one buggy per cycle to a full pneumatic tilter that accommodates either one or two v mag carts per cycle.
These range of washing frames are designed to reduce the risk of injury when manually washing dump buggies and also assist in reducing damage to the stainless-steel tote bin and the washroom floor.
Industrial Washing Systems
CM Process offers a complete range of washing machines to wash the industry standard 400 lb and 600 lb dump buggies commonly known as v-edge carts, Euro style buggies, v-mag carts and tote bins, our range consist of three cabinet style batch type washers capable of washing 20 to 75 v-mag carts per hour.
For larger washing capacities then our ET75 conveyorized tunnel washing machine is available for washing upwards of 75 dump buggies per hour.
