Manual Operated Boot Washers

CM Process Solutions offer a complete range of simple manually operated boot washers that are designed for small processing areas and plants.

These small boot washers are available in 1, 2 and 3 station designs, they come complete with a base brush for scrubbing the soles of the footwear and a hand held brush which is push-button-operated for cleaning the sides and tops of the footwear.

Operational Design

The operator simply places their feet inside the brushes and then presses the button, water is delivered to the handheld brush which allows the operator to manually scrub the tops and sides of their footwear.

Sanitary Design

As with all our equipment our range of sole washers are built using hygienic principles in mind, the base brushes can be easily removed without the use of tools by simply lifting them off the holder.

The construction of the machine is manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel enabling it to be completely washed down in place.
