Rethinking Dump Buggy Weighing: A safer, more efficient, and hygienic approach.
In many food manufacturing facilities, there is often a process that is widely recognised as inefficient, yet remains unaddressed.

Rethinking Dump Buggy Weighing: A safer, more efficient, and hygienic approach.
In many food manufacturing facilities, there is often a process that is widely recognised as inefficient, yet remains unaddressed.
The Single Euro Buggy Solution is a fully integrated range of material handling equipment designed to work seamlessly with standard 400 lb (200L) and 600 lb (300L) dump buggies, using the same buggy throughout production and handling processes.

The new generation of cabinet style dump buggy washers, dramatically reduces the footprint required in your facility compared to traditional tunnel style systems, while delivering equal or superior cleaning performance.
Our twin lane hygiene stations are designed for obligatory use and are normally positioned prior to entering a production or food preparation area from the changing rooms, break rooms, or offices.
CM Process Solutions also offers both single and triple lane versions. The single lane version allows one individual to enter food production or processing areas at a time, while the triple lane version allows for three individuals to enter simultaneously.
Our twin lane hygiene stations are designed for obligatory use and are normally positioned prior to entering a production or food preparation area from the changing rooms, break rooms, or offices.
The twin lane design allows for both lanes to be used to enter the food processing area, with both lanes being fitted with a hand sanitation chamber, a turnstile and sole cleaning brushes which ensure that operators have correctly sanitized their hands and cleaned the soles of the footwear.
The operator steps up on to either of the two entrance lanes on the machine where a sensor detects their presence and illuminates the light in the hand sanitation chamber and then initiates the rotation of the brushes, the simultaneous insertion of both hands into the chamber activates a pump which sprays the chosen sanitizer chemical on to the operators’ hands after the hands are sanitized the turnstile unlocks allowing the operator to pass through while walking over the sole cleaning brushes.
Upon leaving the production area the operator simply steps up to one of the two machines lanes and a sensor mounted on the handrail unlocks the turnstile and initiates the rotation of the brushes allowing the operator to walk over them.
All process parameters within the machine are controlled by a controller which allows the adjustment of parameters such as brush rotation time, hand sanitation time and how long the turnstile stays open.

Our range of hygiene stations are designed with safety in mind, an emergency stop push button is mounted on the machine’s column at either side so it can be easily initiated to cut the machines operation within an emergency, a reset pushbutton is installed to ensure that the machine is safe to start operation.
The steps on each end are non-slip stainless steel, handrails are on both sides of the machine for the operator to steady themselves on while walking over the sole washer brushes.

As with all our equipment our range of sole washers are built using hygienic principles in mind, the brushes can be easily removed without the use of tools by simply lifting the stainless-steel cover and sliding it off the motor cam.
The construction of the machine is manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel, surfaces are radiused, so water drains easily form the frame.
The chemical is stored within the compartment of the machine.

CM Process Solutions does not specify chemicals for our range of boot washers, sole washers or hygiene stations, nor unlike some of our competitors does our warranty obligate you to buy chemicals from us in order to receive spare parts or support.
We understand that each application is unique, and we fully believe that there is no one who understands your needs better than you, the customer and your current chemical supplier.
