Operational Design
The required item to lift is loaded through a set of double doors, which are electrically interlocked and positioned on the stainless steel platform, the inner set of doors are closed, and then the exterior set of doors are closed allowing the operator to select which floor the goods are unloaded from.
Safety Features
As with all of our machines our trolley lift is designed with safety in mind, with risks assessments thoroughly conducted on each product we offer and supply.
The trolley lift is fully guarded with stainless steel sheet, all doors are electrical interlocked for safety, the machine will not allow the carriage to raise or lower while any of the doors are open, and each door can only be opened when the carriage platform is at the appropriate level.
Sanitary Design
Our trolley lifts are designed with hygienic sanitary principles in mind, the lifter Is manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel, the construction of the goods lift allows for easy and effective cleaning.
