Heavy Duty Goods Lift

CM Process solutions range of good lifts are designed to offer a complete solution for safe, efficient travel of product between floors within the food production and hygienic warehouse environment.

Free standing structural design and lift carriage construction eliminates the requirements for civil works and floor pits, custom platform sizes can be supplied to accommodate items like palletized goods, vats, pallet box containers, Euro style buggies or multiple trolleys.

Operational Design

The required item to lift is loaded through a set of double doors, which are electrically interlocked and positioned on the stainless steel platform, the inner set of doors are closed, and then the exterior set of doors are closed allowing the operator to select which floor the goods are unloaded from.

Safety Features

As with all of our machines the goods lift is designed with safety in mind, with risks assessments thoroughly conducted on each product we offer and supply.

The goods lift is fully guarded with stainless steel sheet, all doors are electrical interlocked for safety, the machine will not allow the carriage to raise or lower while any of the doors are open, and each door can only be opened when the carriage platform is at the appropriate level.

Sanitary Design

Our goods lifts are designed with hygienic sanitary principles in mind, the lifter Is manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel, the construction of the goods lift allows for easy and effective cleaning.

Customized Solutions

As with all our equipment we can customize our product range to your specific individual needs, the goods lifter can be designed to lift and handle a whole range of products and weights, and can be manufactured to have opposing side transfers or multiple floor stops can be incorporated within the design.
