CM Process Solutions have designed and developed a complete range of stainless-steel racking and storage solutions for the industry standard 400 lb. (200 liter) and 600 lb. (300 liter) dump buggies, commonly known in the food processing industry as v-mag carts and buggies, v edge buggies, meat trolleys and tote bins.

(300 liter) dump buggies, commonly known in the food processing industry as v-mag carts and buggies, v edge buggies, meat trolleys and tote bins.
Our v-mag style racking offers food processing companies many benefits from making this an ideal solution for areas with limited space like coolers or WIP rooms to offering an easier visual management to help with stock control and rotation and providing a tidy organized access to the handling of dump buggies.
The racking can be configured to hold four tiers of 400 lb. (200 liter) or three tiers of 600 lb. (300 liter) dump buggies alternatively due to the modular design the racking can be configured to hold both sizes of tote bins, the racking is manufactured from 304 stainless steel, this modular design can be easily be relocated and reconfigured to meet storage requirements, additional bays can simply be added as and when required.
The Euro style dump buggies are safely loaded by our stainless steel battery powered stacker which interfaces by locators mounted on the racking allowing for safe lifting and easy maneuverability of a fully loaded or empty v mag cart.
