Operational Design
The racking is supplied in a modular form with each configuration starting with a starter bay that stores eight (8) 400 lb. v mag trolleys, additional add on bays which store four (4) 400 lb. tote bins can be purchased and added on to the starter bay as and when they are required.
Its hygienic modular design and flexible racking solution with interacting safety stacker helps with effective management of production rotation, batch identification and stock control of dump buggies, if required 600 lb. dump buggies can be stored in a mixed system by simply adding on the dedicated 600 lb. additional bays.
Operational Safety
As with all our product offerings, our dump buggy racking is designed with operator safety in mind, with risk assessments thoroughly conducted on each product we offer and supply, the dump buggy is safely lifted by our interacting safety stacker, which safely lifts the v mag buggy and locates the wheels within the channel on the stainless steel shelf and provides a retention system for safe and free standing storage.
Sanitary Design
Our dump buggy racking is designed with hygienic sanitary principles in mind, the racking is manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel, its construction allows for easy cleaning, the legs are an open channel design which means when cleaning down everything flows and drains to the floor.

FAQ's
We have a lot of dump buggies that have been supplied by different companies over the years, will they fit your stacker and racking system?
All of our dump buggies and dump buggy related equipment are manufactured to the industry standard DIN 9797, this has critical dimensions along with set weights for either a 400 lb. (200 liter) or 600 lb. (300 liter) buggy, the buggies have set positions on the wheels allowing them to sit and interface with the channels on the shelf ensuring they sit in the grooves which prevents them for rolling out.
The position of the lifting flights on the dump buggy is critical to operate with our stacker which interfaces and locates with the racking.

How do I know if I have a DIN 9797 dump buggy?
If you have brought your V-edge dump buggy from a reputable machine manufacturer, the chances are your buggy is manufactured to the DIN 9797 standards.
Unfortunately, over the years we have seen many examples of food processing plants ordering a piece of equipment say a column loader or dump buggy scale only for that said equipment to arrive on site and their buggies not interfacing with the machinery supplied.
When questioned on where the buggies were supplied from it’s a common response saying, “oh we needed 10 and Tyrone our engineering manager at the time had them made by a local fabricator”, or they have been supplied by a machinery dealer who procured them from China.
Our Euro style buggy are manufactured to DIN 9797 standards and below is an illustration of what a DIN 9797 standard dump buggy should be supplied at.
We have a large amount of buggies but a small area to store them, what is the required distance between racks to safely operate the stacker?
We recommend a minimum distance of 73” of working space between the dump buggy racking, this will give you the ability to turn and safely place the v mag buggies inside the racking.
