CM Process Solutions have developed a complete range of bakery and mixing bowl column dumpers that are designed to interface and handle various types of mixing bowls and round bulk product containers that are commonly used within the bakery or food processing industries.
These designs increase productivity and efficiency by saving on labor when dumping various products into machinery such as mixers or proofers.

Our bakery mixing bowl column loaders can be supplied in either a left- or right-handed application and with a tipping height that is specific to your needs and requirements, the mixing bowl dumper is manufactured from 304 grad stainless steel and are controlled by a set of press to operate pushbuttons mounted within the stainless-steel column of the lifter.
The mixing bowl is typically lifted and is raised at a speed of 20 feet per minute and can be supplied with a tip angle of 55° for an efficient decanting operation.
Our mixing bowl column dumpers are designed with numerous safety features as standard, such as high and low carriage limit switches to prevent overtravel of the carriage, a chain tensioner with a mechanical chain break safety feature which prevent the bakery mixing bowl from falling in the unlikely event of a chain failure.
The column loader is also fitted with a pull down retaining mechanism system which safely secures the mixing bowl through its lift and dump cycle, the retaining mechanism can also be supplied to be electrically interlocked on request.

Our stainless-steel bakery mixing bowl column dumpers are hygienically designed and manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel and built to IP65 standards making them suitable for the food processing industry, the column is completely open allowing full access to the inside for cleaning and sanitation.
We understand there are many options and choices for our customers when selecting a column dumper, here at CM Process Solutions we believe in long term partnerships and ensuring that our customers have complete faith in our product offerings, to support our customers we keep a constant critical supply of components at our Winchester location, however we do recommend the purchase of simple critical spare parts list so that in the event a wearable item fails the column loader can easily be placed back into production with little disruption to production.
