Streamlined Operational Design
CM Process Solutions stainless steel mixing bowl wash system is a heavy-duty machine, electrically controlled by a motor by means of push to operate buttons. When pressed, the machine inverts the bowl to approximately 100° with a maximum lift capacity of 3300 lb. to allow for a productive manual wash of stainless steel mixing bowls.
The angle grants optimal visibility to the interior and exterior of the mixing bowl, allowing the operator to use a hose or pressure washer along with detergent to clean and sanitize all surfaces.
Operational Safety
All of our machines are designed with operator safety in mind with risk assessments thoroughly conducted on each product we offer and supply. There are no trap or knit points where an operator can trap their finger. The unit is mounted on a heavy duty free standing frame or it can be supplied mobile with lockable castors.
Sanitary Design and Food Contact Safety
Our machines are designed with hygienic principles in mind and they are manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel suitable for direct contact with food products.
