Streamlined Operational Design

The HT5 stainless steel combo dumper is designed with operator safety in mind, its simple and easy to maintain design helps prevents helps prevent operators from suffering from workplace injuries from repetitive injury strains such as strained muscle, ligament damage or any other musculoskeletal disorders.

Its versatile design will drastically increase productivity within the food production and particularly the meat processing industry.

The HT5 is controlled by push buttons mounted in a stainless-steel enclosure, which are press to operate or hold to run, as an option the machine can be fully automatic with an incremental tip feature if required.

Increased Productivity

The combo or vat is loaded through the rear of the HT5 with a pallet jack or any other lifting device and placed on the lifting arms of the machine, the HT5 can tip containers to a maximum height of 59” and will invert the container over to a maximum tip angle of 125° from its lowered position.

The stainless-steel dumper is supplied with two stainless steel hydraulic cylinders which facilitate a smooth tipping action when raising and lowering the vat or combo from or down to floor level, the stainless steel cylinders are easily accessible and are of a sanitary design to allow the sanitation team to perform a full and thorough cleaning down operation.

Mains Operated

The HT5 can be supplied to operate on your chosen three phase voltage, a stainless-steel control panel is mounted on the side of the machine which houses all the necessary control gear to enable the operation of the machine.

Operational Safety

We design all of our machines with operator health and safety at the forefront of our minds , all of the range of dumpers offered by CM Process Solutions are evaluated for hand/finger trap or knit points where an operator can trap a finger or entangle a limb.

As an additional safety precaution our hydraulic combo dumper can be supplied with a set of stainless steel rear mounting electrical interlocking doors or it can be supplied as a completely open design with a set of light curtains for additional operator safety when the machine is in operation.

Sanitary Design and Food Contact Safety

All of our machines are manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel, and we design our combo and vat dumpers to IP65 standards with optimal sanitation and hygiene principles in mind, our cylinders are made from 304 grade stainless steel with no brass or mild steel components allowing them to be easily cleaned down at the end of the shift with a caustic chemical as standard.

Customized Solutions

Our range of stainless-steel lifters and combo dumpers can be customized to suit your specific individual needs and requirements, all of our machines can be integrated with a range of feed and transfer tables or a specific style of chute, we can also customize the HT5 to have a fully incremental tip action which will automatically invert the carriage further in to a tip, when the receiving hopper or conveyor is empty and calling for more product.
