The HT4 is ideally suited for dumping product on to items such as workstations, vibratory conveyors and feed tables, it allows increased efficiency and reduces the risk of operators suffering from a manual handling repetitive injury.
Streamlined operational design
The HT4 hydraulic combo dumper is an easy to maintain and operate machine that offers increased safety within the food processing industry and helps prevent workplace injuries from repetitive injury strains, its designed to be easily and safely moved to different locations within the food production plant allowing a full and loaded combo to be emptied on to conveyors or tables for further processing.
The loaded combo or plastic vat is simply loaded on to the cradle of the HT4 with a pallet jack or lift truck, it can then be easily moved around the plant with its heavy-duty castors mounted on the underside.
The machine is controlled by two double mounted push button stations that are press to operate and are mounted either side of the combo dumper, the position of both sets of controls gives the operator full view of the vat dumper in operation.

The stainless steel HT4 combo dumper Is a versatile simple and easy to use design, which can drastically increase productivity within the food production and particularly meat processing industries but will also reduce injuries at the workplace from constantly bending over and manual lifting.
The HT4 can tip a variety of containers and combos with a maximum height of 53” and at a maximum tip angle of 125° from its lowered position, 20° from its horizontal position, with a maximum safe working (SWL) of 3,300 lbs.
The machine has a double stainless-steel cylinder which raises and lowers the combo down to floor level by means of gravity.

Sanitary Design And Food Contact Safety
All of our machines are manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel, and we design our combo and vat dumpers with optimal sanitation and hygiene principles in mind, our cylinders are made from 304 grade stainless steel with no brass or mild steel components allowing them to be easily cleaned down at the end of the shift with a caustic chemical as standard.
