Manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel and designed to be mobile, the v-edge dump buggies are simply loaded into the lifting arms allowing the operator to manually invert the buggy over and hold it clear from the washroom floor. This gives ample access to all sides of the bin and holds the stainless-steel tote bin at a position 10° from horizontal. Once in position, the operator can access the interior and exterior to manually clean the container with a hose or pressure washer and allow residual wash water to drain away.
The use of our manual wash frame drastically reduces the risk of injury by avoiding repetitive manual labor. This device increases productivity and effectively decreases potential workers’ compensation claims. The wash frame also prevents damage to the dump buggy itself and the washroom floor, creating a safer working environment.
