Streamlined Operational Design
The semi-automatic wash frame manufactured by CM Process Solutions is designed for the safe and efficient cleaning of both 400 lb. and 600 lb. DIN 9797 dump buggies. This pneumatic wash frame allows the dump buggies to be inverted, effectively allowing 360° access to manually clean the interior and exterior with a hose or pressure washer, including the base and wheel arrangement of the cart.
The wash frames can accommodate up to two of the standard 400 lb. and 600 lb. carts at a time. The operator manually pushes the dump buggies into the wash cradle, then presses the pneumatic push-button which inverts both meat trolleys to a maximum angle of 100° from its lowered position. This allows the user to wash the dump buggy while allowing for optimal water drainage.
This type of machine has versions that can also handle vats, mixing bowls, and other industrial containers as well as stainless steel dump buggies.
Operational Safety
Our range of pneumatic dump buggy wash frames are designed with operator safety at the forefront of our minds. By utilizing one of our wash frames, this greatly reduces the risk of operator injury from repetitive manual labor. Without the help of these machines, operators who try to manually invert carts could injure themselves, the cart, or the floor; all of which could cause considerable expense.
The wash frame was specifically designed with no knit or trap points where a finger could get caught or pinched. The frame is also mounted on a heavy-duty stainless-steel frame which, as an option, can also be supplied mobile if required.
Sanitary Design and Food Contact Safety
As with all the machines CM Process Solutions supply, our equipment is evaluated constantly, to ensure the latest sanitary design principles are implemented. The semi-automatic dump buggy wash frame is manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel and is supplied with a stainless-steel cylinder, which allows for a caustic chemical to be used when washing the machine. This pneumatic wash frame is suitable for use for direct contact with food products.
