The racking is designed to maximize available floor space within WIP storage areas, or chill room facilities.

Operational Design

The racking is supplied in a modular form with each configuration starting with a starter bay that stores 3 x 600 lb. Euro style buggies, additional add on bays which store 3 x 600 lb. Euro style buggies can be purchased and added on to the starter bay as and when they are needed.

400 lb. Euro style buggies can also be stored in a mixed system by simply adding on the dedicated 600 lb. additional bays.

Operational Safety

As with all of our machines the buggy racking is designed with operator safety in mind with risk assessments thoroughly conducted on each product we offer and supply, the Euro buggy is safely lifted by our interacting safety stacker which safely lifts the buggy and locates the wheels within the channel on the stainless steel shelf and provides a retention system for safe and secure freestanding storage.

Sanitary Design

Our Euro buggy racking is designed with hygienic sanitary principles in mind, the racking is manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel, the construction allows for easy cleaning, the legs are an open channel design which means everything flows to the floor.
