Streamlined Operational Design
The drum tilter is a simple easy to maintain machine that offers increased safety and prevents workplace injuries by reducing the amount of manual handling required to empty barrels, drums, or other containers.
A barrel of product filled with sauce, vegetables, liquids, pickles or any other food type ingredient is simply slid on to the cradle of the machine and can then be easily moved around the production area to the location where it needs to be decanted, the stainless steel barrel tipper has independent controls which are mounted either side of the machine that are press to operate allowing the operator to incrementally adjust the tipping angle in order to aid in the control of the product flow.
Increased Productivity
As with all our range of stainless-steel tippers and tilters that are built for the food processing industry, the HT2 drum tilter is a simple, versatile easy to maintain machine that increases production and reduces the risk of injuries at the workplace from constantly bending down and engaging in labor intensive manual lifting.
The drum tipper can tip a variety of different cylinder type containers to a maximum of 53” and at a maximum tip angle of 125° from its lowered position which is 35° from horizontal, the drum tilter has a maximum lift capacity of 670 lbs.
Battery or Mains Operated
All of our range of hydraulic tippers and tilters can be supplied in both three phase 480 V mains powered design or a battery-operated design, the battery-operated design is supplied with a 110 V mains charger allowing the machine to be simply plugged in at the end of the shift and recharged for the next working day.
Operational Safety
The barrel tipper allows for the safe and efficient decanting of product eliminating the risk of employees suffering from repetitive work injuries like strained muscles, ligaments, or any other musculoskeletal disorders from engaging in labor intensive tasks like bending down or lifting barrels to manually decant the product.
All our lifters and dumpers supplied by CM Process Solutions have been designed with operator safety in mind, our machines are evaluated to ensure there are no knit or finger trap points, the drum tilter has been designed to be easily moveable and is mounted on heavy duty lockable castors, the machine is lowered by means of a hydraulic stainless steel displacement cylinder using gravity.
Our Hydraulic barrel dumper has been designed to streamline your process and increase productivity when handling standard 55-gallon drums and barrels.
Sanitary Design And Food Contact Safety
All of our machines are manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel, and we design our drum and barrel tilters with optimal sanitation and hygiene principles in mind, our cylinders are made from 304 grade stainless steel with no brass or mild steel components allowing them to be easily cleaned down at the end of the shift with a caustic chemical as standard.
