CM Process Solutions range of heavy-duty wash frames are specifically designed for use with large heavy-duty bulk product containers such as stainless steel vats, pallecon boxes or any other bulk product vat.

The machine can be supplied in either a single or double design.

Streamlined Operational Design

Our range of heavy duty wash frames are electronically controlled via a set of press to operate push buttons, which when pressed initiate the direct drive motor, a carriage arm rotates and lifts the containers clear from the wash room floor at a position approximately 10° from horizontal which gives the operator complete access to perform a productive manual wash and residue wash water to drain away.

Operational Safety

All of our machines are designed with operator safety in mind, with risk assessments thoroughly conducted on each product we offer and supply, there are no trap or knit points where an operator can trap their finger, the unit is mounted on a heavy duty free standing frame or it can be supplied mobile with lockable castors.

Sanitary Design and Food Contact Safety

Our machines are designed with hygienic principles in mind, they are manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel and are suitable for direct contact with food products.
