Stainless Steel Vat/Container Tippers

The HT3 is ideally suited for unloading product on to items such as workstations, vibratory conveyors and feed tables, it provides increased efficiency and reduces operator risk from manual handling injuries associated with emptying various styles of tanks, plastic Dolav type vats or bowls.

Streamlined Operational Design

The HT3 is a simple easy to maintain hydraulically operated combo dumper that offers increased safety and prevents workplace injuries from repetitive injury strains, it is designed to be easily moved to different locations within the food production environment where the combo can emptied on to conveyors or tables for further processing.
The combo or vat to be dumped is simply loaded on to the HT3 cradle with a pallet jack and then is easily moved around the plant with its heavy-duty castors mounted on the underside.
The machine is controlled by two independent push button stations that are push-to-operate and are mounted on both sides of the combo/vat dumper, the position of both sets of controls gives a complete view of the machine in operation.

Increased Productivity

The stainless steel HT3 combo dumper is a versatile, simple and easy to use design which can drastically increase productivity within the production areas, but will also reduce the risk of injuries at the workplace from constantly bending down and manual lifting.
The HT3 can tip a variety of combos and containers with a maximum height of 41” and at a maximum tip angle of 110° from its lowered position, 20 °from its horizontal position and can handle a maximum weight capacity of 2,200 lbs.
The raise and lower functions are controlled by means of a single stainless steel hydraulic displacement cylinder using gravity to lower it down to floor level.

Battery or Mains Operated

Al of our range of hydraulic tippers and tilters can be supplied in both three phase 480 V mains powered design or a battery-operated design, the battery-operated design is supplied with a 110 V mains charger allowing the machine to be simply plugged in at the end of the shift and recharge for the next working day.

Every year 10 million working days are lost due to work related back pain and other musculoskeletal disorders with the most common complaint being strained muscles or ligaments caused by repetitive work processes and intensive manual handling labor processes.
We design all our machines with operator health and safety at the fore front of our minds, all of our product offerings are evaluated for hand/ finger trap or knit points, the HT3 combo dumper is no different, the machine is mounted on heavy duty castors with a brake system allowing the dumper to be locked in place while going through the tipping curve.

Sanitary Design And Food Contact Safety

All of our machines are manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel, and we design our combo and vat tilters with optimal sanitation and hygiene principles in mind, our cylinders are made from 304 grade stainless steel with no brass or mild steel components allowing them to be easily cleaned down at the end of the shift with a caustic chemical as standard.
