Dump Buggy Bolt Down Column Dumpers
CM Process Solutions range of bolt down column dumpers and loaders are designed to lift and dump the industry standard 400 lb. (200 liter) and 600 lb. (300 liter) v mag carts commonly known in the food processing industry as dump buggies, Euro style buggies, meat trolleys, v-edge buggies and tote bins, they increase productivity and efficiency by saving on labor when dumping various products into machines such as fillers, grinders, mixers, tumblers or any other custom made hopper.

Operational Design.
Our range of standard in stock column dumpers can be supplied in both a mobile or stationary bolt down, in either a left hand or right-hand design with an adjustable dumping height between 58” to 90”, for any increased tipping heights outside of our standard design a customized solution is available.
The bolt down column loader is controlled by press to operate push buttons which are mounted within the stainless-steel column, the v mag cart will travel at a speed of 20 feet per minute to the desired dump height.
Safety Features
Our column dumpers are designed with numerous safety features as standard, such as high and low carriage limit switches to prevent an over travel of the carriage, a chain tensioner with a mechanical chain break safety feature prevents the v mag trolley from falling in the unlikely event of a chain failure.
As an additional safety feature, our range of column dumpers are fitted with a mechanical safety mechanism on the dump buggy lifting cradle, this is designed to prevent the column loader from operating if the v edge buggy or tote bin has not been correctly loaded or secured inside the lift carriage.

Our column loaders are hygienically designed and manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel, and built to IP65 standards making them suitable for the food processing industry, the column is completely open allowing full access to the inside for cleaning and sanitation.
Aftersales And Spare Parts
We understand there are many options and choices for our customers when selecting a column dumper, here at CM Process Solutions we believe in long term partnerships and ensuring that our customers have complete faith in our product offerings, to support our customers we keep a constant critical supply of components at our Winchester location, however we do recommend the purchase of simple critical spare parts list so that in the event a wearable item fails the column loader can easily be placed back into production with little disruption to production.

Customized Solutions
Our range of column dumpers can be completely customized to suit your specific individual needs, all of our v mag column dumpers can be integrated with a range of safety increased features such as full guarding or simple perimeter skeletal guarding.
The full range of column dumpers can be supplied with customized chutes to feed tumblers or any other hopper arrangement, all of our column loaders can be easily designed to hold other types of containers, barrels, drums, trays or even mixing bowls.
