Dump Buggy Mobile Column Dumpers

Operational Design
The MB-86 mobile column dumper can be supplied in either a left- or right-hand design and is supplied with an adjustable tipping height of between 63” – 86”, but can be supplied with a higher tipping height if required.
The column dumper is controlled by press-to-operate pushbuttons mounted within the stainless steel column; the buggy can travel at a speed of 20 feet per minute to the selected tip height of around 45° allowing for fast cycles.
Safety Features
Our column dumpers are designed with numerous safety features as standard, such as a high and low carriage limit switches to prevent overtravel of the carriage, a chain tensioner with a mechanical chain break safety feature prevents the buggy falling in the unlikely event of a chain failure.
The machine is also supplied with a foot operated mechanical safety mechanism on the dump buggy location arms, which prevents the column lifter from operating if the dump buggy has not been loaded or correctly located within the lift carriage.
Sanitary Design
The column lifter is manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel to IP64 rating standard specifically designed for the food processing industry, the column is completely open allowing full access to the inside for cleaning and sanitation.
