The TT3 food tumbler mixer is designed to handle both 400 lb. (200 liter) and 600 lb. (300) liter dump buggies commonly known in the food processing industry as Euro style buggies, v mag carts, meat trolleys, v edge dump buggies, and tote bins. Its unique bi-directional mixing method ensures there are no “dead spots” within the mix that often occur as part of z blade or paddle mixing. By eliminating these paddles or blades, delicate products can be mixed effectively with a significant reduction in product damage.
The TT3 mixing equipment is supplied with a vacuum tumbler system to infuse and marinate food ingredients such as chicken muscle, wings or pulled pork. This style of mixing can offer a significant reduction in marinating time and improve overall final production results. A 400 lb. or 600 lb. dump buggy is simply loaded into the machine and the chosen set recipe can be selected from the HMI on the control panel.
The TT3 industrial mixer increases productivity by not only providing a shorter mixing time, but with its one-person operation ensures the process can be carried out quickly and efficiently without a drop in the quality of the product. Programmable and stored recipes accessed within the HMI provide the operator complete full control over every single cycle. As consumer habits change and industry trends grow our tumblers have proven their versatility time and time again.
As with all of the mixing equipment CM Process Solutions offers, our dump buggy tumbler is designed with complete operator safety in mind with risk assessments and FEA (Finite element analysis) studies thoroughly conducted on each product we supply. A number of safety features are incorporated to ensure the safe and efficient use of our dump buggy tumbler. These features include electrical interlocked doors and emergency stop pushbuttons mounted within the machine to ensure the safety of the operator.
Here at CM Process Solutions, we recognize that one of the biggest concerns and challenges in the food processing industry is sanitation. All of our machines and designs are constantly evaluated to ensure we are on top of best practices, and our dump buggy tumbler is no different. The dump buggy tumbler is hygienically designed and manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel, and built to IP65 standards making them suitable for use within the food processing industry.
The tumbler mixer has a cycle clean feature which is selectable on the HMI screen. The operator simply presses the clean cycle and then the machine positions the hood where it can easily be cleaned and hosed out by the operator. This allows for extremely quick product changeovers which are ideally suited to companies that handle a large amount of SKUs. The cleaning of the tumbler and one v-mag trolley is considerably quicker than the cleaning of a ribbon blender, making it a faster and more effective production flow than using a standard ribbon blender or marinating tumbler.

The TT3 tumble is very simple to operate with clear graphical instructions on the HMI screen. Warning and fault indicators appear on the HMI screen when any user intervention is required.
The tumbler is designed to accept any dump buggies that are manufactured in accordance with the DIN 9797 standards. If there is a doubt your dump buggy will be suitable then please contact CM Process Solutions who will be happy to assist.
The control panel and related electrical components are manufactured for use in a hygienic wash down area. The panel enclosure is rated to IP65 making it suitable for low pressure wash down.
